Users of the website are prohibited from posting or transmitting to the site any material that is virus infected, unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic, as well as any other material that would violate any law. Simplify to sell is not responsible or liable for the use of any information contained in customer documents or information, including misleading or defamatory statements, or the infringement of third party copyright.

Simplify to sell will read & review all submissions for accuracy. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure a quality service, errors may exist in the processed document. The customer is responsible for reviewing the edited document upon completion and contacting us should any errors be discovered. We will address any outstanding issues as a matter of urgency. Simplify to sell is not obligated to refund the cost of the service in the case of a processed document being less than perfect, nor does it accept any liability for resultant issues. We request that the customer contact us if not completely satisfied with the service and we will make every effort to address the situation.

Simplify to sell is not liable or responsible for service delays or quality issues resulting from unforeseen circumstances, such as technical problems, including server or connection issues that are beyond our control. We will make every effort to meet deadlines and communicate with customers in the case of technical problems. Only 3 attempts will be made to return commissions to the customer and Simplify to sell accepts no responsibility for technical or foreseeable failure that is deemed the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right not to accept commissions or to cancel services to any customer for any reason and without explanation. Accepted commissions will be subject to discretionary refund, either completely or in part, in case of problems occurring within the direct control of Simplify to sell.
